Product Introduction

● The vacuum homogenizer emulsifier is a complete system integrating mixing, dispersing, homogenizing, emulsification and stirring functions. It is a special equipment for producing medicinal ointment, cream, lotion, etc.

● The vacuum emulsifier has strong non-standard properties and can be reasonably configured according to the customer's process. It is suitable for products that need to be emulsified and stirred in a vacuum state. Yike has a low-speed wall scraping agitation for emulsification and stirring of high-viscosity products.

● It can be equipped with a pipeline high shear emulsifier, which is suitable for dispersing, emulsification, homogenization, stirring and mixing and other processes.

Working Head StructureType of Vacuum Emulsifier

Working principle: The powerful motor of the vacuum emulsifier rotates at a high speed to form a vacuum between the rotor and the stator, and the material is sucked from the top and bottom of the rotor and stator. The material is adhered to the wall, so that the scraped material continuously generates a new interface; the agitator cooperates with the high linear speed of the rotation to shear, so that the material undergoes strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, strong force between the rotor and the stator gap. After shearing, it will fly out, and under the action of a variety of different directional forces, strong turbulent flow will be generated; because the emulsification pot is in a vacuum state, the bubbles generated during the stirring process of the material will be evacuated in time.
