Working principle
The laboratory dual planet vacuum mixer is composed of a frame, motor, reducer, hydraulic system, transmission system, planetary gearbox components, mixing components, control system, etc; The kinetic energy is transmitted to the planetary gearbox through the motor reducer, and sufficient torque is transmitted to the transmission shaft through gear meshing inside the planetary gearbox, driving the dispersed shaft and low-speed meshing shaft to shear and mix; The internal mixing and dispersing components of the planetary gearbox rotate at different speeds, while also rotating at low speeds around the centerline. The inner wall of the barrel body is precision machined by a large vertical lathe and polished by a large polishing machine to ensure the overall roundness and internal concentricity of the barrel body. It is equipped with a scraping device and uses polytetrafluoroethylene material with good corrosion resistance, high temperature, and wear resistance as the elastic wall sticking material for scraping the wall and bottom. It can achieve uniform mixing of the entire material without dead corners.
