1. Application

2. Machine design

3. Temperature controller
Adopting Taiwan P961 multi stage temperature automatic controller (digital display and setting, LED display, SSR output, PID automatic calculation high-precision controller, with two sets of programs, each set of 8-stage settings, with an accuracy of ± 0.3%).
OMRON9999 timer, digital setting and display, when the temperature reaches the timer, it will switch to electric heating → BZ alarm, over temperature → BZ alarm.
4. Air supply system
Double sided horizontal forced circulation air supply, uniform heating temperature.
Adopting a long axis motor specifically designed for hot air ovens.
Adopting a powerful multi wing wind wheel and stainless steel wind hood.
