1.Slit coating as a pre-metered coating method, the slit coiner is very efficient in terms of material usage and has a very low level of ink loss compared to other deposition methods such as rotary coating or spraying and screen printing.

2.The system uses the coating die to move precisely with respect to the substrate. By controlling the rate, precision metering and pumping the process fluid, the liquid chemical material is extruded from the gap between the upper and lower dies and coated on the moving substrate (glass, stainless steel and plastic, etc.) to form a film. The thickness of the coating can be calculated directly from the liquid flow rate and the moving speed of the substrate, and its advantages are high uniformity of the coating, wide range of applicable coating viscosity, fast coating speed, and can produce a large area of the coating.
