The production process of this production line is to produce wax from high temperature polyethylene raw materials that are extruded and hydrolyzed by the extruder at high temperature. Raw materials can be either new or waste, and catalysts are not used in the production process. It has the characteristics of simple process, continuous production, stable product quality, etc. It is simpler, safer, and more reliable than the original process on the market, and the wax formation rate is as high as 93% -96%.
The wax produced by this machine can better lubricate and disperse various plastic particles and color masterbatches, and the added products will make customers very satisfied.
