Equipment introduction

Regenerative cracking polyethylene wax production line, extrusion type (including: extruder, cooling device, crushing device, fine powder device, raw material cleaning device), than the ordinary production line of polyethylene wax whiteness is much higher, safe and efficient (production rate of about 95%), continuous production. The device can be assembled and produced without the need to add other equipment.

PE wax usage

1. Make internal dispersants in the processing of color masterbatch.

2. Using external lubricants during the processing of PVC profiles, pipe fittings, and plastic molding can improve the toughness of plastic products, making the surface smooth, with a high qualification rate, and a faster and higher degree of plasticization.

3. It can be used as a dispersant for ink and paint, with good anti settling effect, giving printed products a good luster and three-dimensional feeling.

4. Used in various hot melt adhesive production.

5. Widely used in the production of various wax products such as floor wax, car wax, polishing wax, candles, etc., it can improve the softening point of wax, increase the strength and surface glossiness of wax products.
