Equipment introduction
Parallel twin screw extruders are widely used in the filling, blending, modification, reinforcement of rubber and plastic and engineering resins, as well as the devolatilization treatment of chlorinated polypropylene and high water absorbent resins; Extrusion of degradable masterbatch, polyamide condensation polymerization, and polyurethane addition reaction; Preparation of carbon powder, magnetic particle granulation, insulation materials for cables, sheath materials, low smoke and low halogen flame retardant PVG cable materials, and various silane crosslinking materials.
Suitable materials for co rotating twin screw extruder:
- Filling modification, such as filling CaC03, Talc, TiO2, etc. with PE, PP, ABS, PC, EVA, etc; Rubber plastic blending, plastic alloys such as PC ABS, PA EPDM, PBT PET, PP NBR, etc; Color masterbatch, such as PE, PP, ABS, PC, EVA, PET, etc;
- Flame retardant masterbatch, degradable plastic, anti-static masterbatch, antibacterial masterbatch, etc;
- Glass fiber (carbon fiber) reinforcement, such as PA, PP, PC, ABS, PBT, POM glass fiber; Thermoplastic elastomers, such as TPR, TPE, TPV, TPU, etc;
- Cable materials, PE, PP, EVA, PVC, XLPE;
- Reactive extrusion, such as PA, PU, POM, PMMA, PC, etc
- Exhaust devolatilization post-treatment, such as CPP, CPE, SBS, EPDM, SEBS, fluororubber, cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber, etc; Powder coatings, such as epoxy type, polyester type, mixed type, etc.
