This equipment consists of an extruder host, a cooling tank, a recycled diesel tank, a mixing tank, and pipeline valves. The production process of this production line is the high-temperature extrusion and cracking of polyethylene raw materials (new or recycled materials can be used) to form wax. The equipment has good production continuity and can be produced 24 hours without interruption. It does not need to be produced in a sealed high-pressure environment, so it has high safety. The exhaust gas from plastic processing is connected to the gas recovery tank through pipelines, and once cooled, it becomes diesel, which can be used as fuel for diesel vehicles. During the entire production process, there will be no toxic or harmful gases, no residues, no environmental pollution, no impact on human health, and the production cost is low.
