This dual-purpose, open-top batch pasteurization tank allows you to both pasteurize and make cheese all in one vat. The removable covers and swing agitation make cutting curd easy. Our designs allow you to pasteurize anywhere from 430 pounds/50 gallons to 2,150 pounds/250 gallons of milk, at one time. This open-top batch pasteurization design is easy to install, clean, and maintain. The fact is that this combo vat provides another level of efficiency for those who want to increase production during their milk pasteurization and cheese-making processes. The dimple plate jacket this tank has is designed to be heated with glycol, steam, or a hot water boiler system.
