The principle of horizontal disc sanding mill: The pre dispersed materials are fed into the sanding mill cylinder by the sanding mill material delivery pump. The sanding mill motor drives the sanding mill dispersion shaft and the dispersion disc on the dispersion shaft to rotate at high speed through a triangular belt. The dispersion disc transfers its high-speed rotational kinetic energy to the pumped materials and the pre filled grinding medium in the cylinder, causing them to collide, collide, roll, friction, and shear with each other, enabling the materials to be ground and dispersed.
