Product Introduction
The grinding chamber of the ball mill is fixed, and there is a mixing shaft in different ways in the grinding chamber. Small grinding media are used, and the stirring shaft is used to transfer kinetic energy to the medium, causing the material to break. There are vertical or horizontal ball mills, disc and pin mills, and turbine mills. The fineness of grinding can reach 100 nanometers or 50 nanometers.
Ball mills are widely used in various application fields such as paint, ink, pigments, pesticides, biology, pharmaceuticals, electronic materials, nanomaterials, etc.
The grinding medium of the ball mill usually uses zirconia beads, zirconium silicate beads, or glass beads, and is selected based on the different grinding materials used by different manufacturers. The ball mill is made of high wear-resistant alloy steel up to HRC62.
