Product Introduction
● The particle size control is very uniform,suitable for low-viscosity materials with high product quality requirements, especially for fine grinding of nanomaterials;
● The high-speed turbine disperser switches the particles moving axially in the grinding chamber into several particle streams in the circumferential direction, which greatly increases the kinetic energy of shearing and crushing compared with the traditional single particle stream.
● The radial pressure difference of the turbine disperser enables the particle flow to obtain a strong vortex force without strong contact with the disperser, avoiding excessive thermal energy loss caused by strong impact in the traditional structure.
●Turbine sand mill is a production-type high-efficiency grinder used in nanomaterials, pharmaceutical intermediates, ultra-fine alumina, zirconium silicate, ceramic color glaze, battery materials, scientific research and other fields. The distribution is uniform, and the minimum can reach D50=50nm.
Working principle
The rotor part of this series of models adopts centrifugal turbine rotor + static self-cleaning screen type discharge structure. When the equipment is running at high speed, the turbine rotor will instantly disperse the material, and the large particle material will be ground in the high energy area. The granular materials continue to be cyclically ground after being crushed. During this cycle, the crushed particles are wrapped with additives to avoid the phenomenon of agglomeration and coarsening due to the excessively fast crushing speed, resulting in delayed coating of additives. After the particles reach a certain fineness, they are sent out of the grinding area under the thrust of the pump. The unique design makes the grinding beads and slurries form several ion currents in the cylinder to rotate, which ensures that a huge amount of energy is gathered in a short time, which is suitable for high-yield work of nanomaterials.
