Crushing and Grinding Integrated Machine
Product Introduction
This model adopts multiple new patented technologies such as bevel gear overall transmission, internal thin oil lubrication system, and curved air duct. It has high grinding efficiency and large output, and is a replacement product for traditional Raymond and pendulum mills. It is widely used in fields such as desulfurization in power plants, large-scale non-metallic ore milling, and building materials and chemical engineering.
Working principle
The qualified materials after crushing are uniformly and quantitatively fed into the main grinding chamber by a frequency conversion belt feeder for grinding. The milled materials are sent to the powder concentrator by fan airflow for classification. Under the action of the Analytical engine, the materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall into the mill room for re milling. The qualified materials flow through the pipeline into the cyclone collector for separation and collection, and are discharged by the discharge device to be the finished powder. The separated airflow enters the fan through the return air duct at the upper end of the cyclone dust collector. The system operates under positive and negative pressure, and the equipment is equipped with a pulse dust collector, which meets national environmental protection standards.
