Working principle
The rotary crusher mainly consists of a transverse beam section, an upper, middle, and lower frame section, a moving cone section, an eccentric sleeve section, a transmission section, and a hydraulic cylinder section. During the operation of the equipment, the electric motor drives the horizontal axis to rotate. The horizontal axis drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through gears, and then the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to swing in a circular direction, achieving continuous compression and crushing of stones.
The size of the ore discharge port can be changed by adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving cone, making it convenient to adjust the product particle size; At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also provides iron protection function. When an unbreakable object enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder can automatically cause the moving cone to fall and release the object, protecting the crusher.
