Product introduce
(1) The adhesive film production equipment adopts EVA dedicated single screw extruder and POE dedicated single screw extruder for co extrusion. A distributor is used to layer two different materials, and the adhesive film is extruded through a mold. A uniquely designed constant temperature circulating water cooling system is used to solve the difficulties of raw material plasticization and easy overheating crosslinking.
(2) The roller surface pattern on the casting machine can be customized to meet the different needs of customers.
(3) The cooling part adopts cooling rollers and stress relieving devices to minimize the generation of stress and ensure a shrinkage rate of less than 3%.
