Adhesive Coater For Release Film Coating Of Aluminum Foil, Fraft Paper, BOPP Tape
This machine is made by introducing foreign exquisite coating machine technology and combining its own years of experience in producing coating machines. This machine uses two coating methods: comma scraper and reticular pattern. The comma scraper coating is for adhesive tape coating, and the reticular pattern coating is for silicone oil coating. It is widely used in the production of aluminum foil tape, kraft paper tape, BOPP tape, release paper, release film and other coating products.
Performance and characteristics
1. The whole machine is controlled by 5 frequency conversion motors. The tension of the whole machine (unwinding, coating, traction, winding) is automatically controlled by Mitsubishi PLC system. The reliability of the tension of the whole machine is improved through the man-machine interface touch screen control and display.
2. The feeding rack is a hydraulic lifting single station, which adopts magnetic powder automatic tension control.
3. Comma scraper roll clutch adjustment adopts pneumatic swing arm type, the swing arm is equipped with a micro adjustment device to control, and the rubber thickness is controlled by a feeler gauge.
4. Anilox coating method: the coating scraper shaft uses heavy double axis mechanical independent swimming, the scraper adjustment mode is manual with pneumatic, and the angle can be adjusted at will. The coating amount depends on the mesh line of the anilox roller. Different coating amount can be replaced by different mesh lines of the anilox roller.
5. The oven is 18 meters long and divided into 9 sections for independent temperature control. The heat transfer oil is used for circulation heating. The hot air enters the drying system and the adjustable internal circulation suction and exhaust device. The air inlet and exhaust are strong and the drying is complete.
6. The guide wheel in the oven is actively synchronized with the host machine, and the transmission is synchronous pulley driven to reduce the material stretching and deformation. The open top air cylinder oven and the membrane piercing operation platform make it easy for operators to work.
7. Coating roller --- the middle tension of the traction steel roller is synchronized with the floating swing arm, which is automatically controlled by PLC

10. The key type inflatable shaft is used for retraction and retraction, which is convenient for loading and unloading.
11. High precision upward pressure traction device, steel roller cooling adopts water circulation type, and the film is more flat, more scraping, and more cooling effect is achieved through the cooling roller.
12. The type of material receiving frame is hydraulic lifting single station, the winding adopts frequency conversion motor, and the vector converter is controlled by PLC computer system.
