Working principle
It is configured for water cooling of production equipment. A cooling water system in which water is used as a cooling medium and is recycled. After cold water flows through the production equipment that needs to be cooled (often called heat exchange equipment, such as heat exchanger, condenser, reactor), the temperature rises. If it is discharged immediately, the cold water is only used once (called DC cooling water system). The temperature of the cold water flowing through the cooling equipment is reduced, and the water temperature can be pumped back to the production equipment for use again. The amount of cold water is greatly reduced, which can often save more than 95%. Cooling water accounts for about 70% of industrial water consumption, so circulating water chillers (circulating cooling water systems) play a role in saving a lot of industrial water.
The air-cooled circulating water refrigerator uses shell tube evaporator to make water and refrigerant heat exchange. The refrigerant system absorbs the heat load in the water to cool the water and produce cold water. The heat is brought to the finned condenser through the compressor, and then the heat is lost to the outside air (wind cooling and cooling) by the cooling fan, which contains water tank and water pump, without cooling tower heat dissipation. Easy to install and move.
