Product introduce
1. The main engine adopts the internationally advanced third generation 5:6 semi-closed screw compressor with asymmetric rotor, the integration of motor and compressor, without the concern of leakage of shaft seal.
2. The precision control program of two or more compressors is used to reasonably balance the load of each head assembly and prolong the service life of the unit.
3. Two tables and multiple compressors adopt multiple sets of refrigeration loops, one of which needs maintenance, the other loops can still operate normally, with backup function
4. The compressor starts with star triangle step-down to avoid impact on the power grid and easy to install.
5. Unit interface compact, small footprint, saving space.
6. The whole machine leaves the factory, has been strictly debugging and regular operation completed, can reach the state of field use.
7. The vibration of the unit is minimal, the foundation does not need vibration isolation measures, simple installation, installation only need to connect the evaporator chilled water pipe and the condenser cooling water pipe.
8. The unit with low operation and maintenance cost can implement intelligent program control according to the demand of load: 0-25-50-75-100% capacity control, saving energy.
9. The total number of parts of screw compressor is only one tenth of reciprocating, simple structure, less wearing parts, very low failure rate.
10. Built-in oil separator, the use of three-stage oil filter mechanism, suitable for oil and gas separation, cladding design, can reduce the noise of compressor operation to a minimum, screw chiller compressor head trouble-free operation of more than 40,000 hours of safety protection functions.
11. Pressure protection: high voltage protection and low voltage protection electrical automatic protection device.
12. Motor protection: under voltage protection, lack of phase protection, reverse phase protection, overload protection, motor overheating protection, lack of oil protection
Anti-freezing protection: when the freezing water temperature is too low, the unit stops braking.
13. Safety valve protection: When the refrigerant pressure exceeds a certain value, the safety exhaust valve will brake and open.
