Ultrasonic atomization process
In the process of ultrasonic spraying, the size and distribution of droplets can be accurately controlled, so that very small droplets and particles can evaporate rapidly, thus producing particles with specific surface area and forming a thin film coating.
1. Imported servo motor, fully enclosed motion module
XYZ three-axis adopts imported servo motor, and the module adopts the fully closed linear screw module, which significantly improves the service life, and the repeated positioning accuracy can reach 0.01mm.
